Used a hip band at the gym for warm-ups so decided to buy one for home use. Do 10 squats and lateral walks each day and in just two weeks, I can already feel a difference in my leg strength. Can't wait to do more with it. AND it is so small, I can easily take it with me when I travel.

Love the backpack, still waiting on the belt. Had to exchange it for a smaller size.
