We offer free shipping on every order over £125. Shipments to the EU are shipped DDP from our UK based warehouse.
If the Performance Backpack 3.0 isn't the right size or style for you, just ship it back to us and we'll pay for the shipping back to you. For returns, we do not cover shipping back to our warehouse.
Warranty
At 2POOD, we are committed to delivering top-quality gear designed to withstand the toughest training sessions. We stand behind our products and offer warranties on select items to protect against manufacturing defects such as broken stitching, faulty hardware, material flaws, miscalibration or other issues found upon delivery or initial use.
What’s Covered:
We offer warranties on our performance gear, including weightlifting belts, knee sleeves, & bags. These cover manufacturing defects only:
Lifetime Warranty:

1-Year Warranty:
- Knee Sleeves
- Wrist Wraps
- Backpacks
- Duffels
- Gear Pouch
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or regular use, including:
- Fraying or abrasions from regular use
- Natural deterioration of Velcro or elastic
- Fading from exposure to sweat, sunlight, or washing
Additionally, apparel items, weightlifting tape, and other accessories are not covered under our warranty. For sizing exchanges, please visit 2pood.com/returns.
** Manufacturing defects are issues present from the time the product is made and impact its functionality or integrity.
Normal wear and tear results from the expected, gradual degradation that occurs with regular use and aging of the product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact us at customerservice@2pood.com with your order # and necessary photos. Each claim will be reviewed individually, and we will determine eligibility for replacement or discounts on a case by case basis. Please ensure that your product was purchased directly from 2POOD or an authorized retailer.

I like the bag overall. It looks nice for sure. The belt attachment is a good idea but an XS belt is a tight fit and limits your access to the water bottle holder. The bottom shoe container is nice and lets the shoes lay flat and this helps the backpack stay upright. But men’s size 10 lifting shoes are a tight fit. The quality control is questionable as the kettleball patch is sewn on very crooked on mine. It’s a little tight with 2 shoes, knee sleeves a belt and water. You don’t have much room for clothes after that. The green color is nicer and darker in person than the website photos. The shoulder straps are too thick and wide for me personally. The zippers and material is fine.
Scaled down from the larger size. Noticed improvements to enhance durability and functionality. Don’t seem to miss much of the size difference. Time will tell how the durability holds.
